Are social Networks causing pain in middle age and old age? Social networks have emerged to kind of being important in your life. If your not involved with all the social networks like everyone else is, your all of a sudden in the wrong, or not "cool" enough. Social Networks cause more pain then in real life situations. Reading this article I found that Researchers have found that it's more harmful to kids on Social networks because everyone finds out about it faster. Being on social networks everyone is always one step ahead.

If social networks are starting to cause pain and affecting our health, we need to start doing something. The fear of missing out is starting to become a serious issue in our society. Kids start to feel out of place, and start bagging on themselves about it. It ridiculous that researchers have found a percentage of kids who feel pain because of Social Networks.

History of Social Networking

Samiel Morse is credited with inventing the telegraph in 1835. The telegraph allowed for communication through the use of codes. The telegraph was not known very quickly, around the 20th century the use of telegraphfor social exchange, both  formal and informal was widely excepted.  Postal mail was not considered technology itself but it was a communication method back then. Out of all of the technologies the Internet provides social networking. The internet also provides a layer of communication capabilities that can be used for different tools. Things such a E-mail, and Instant Messaging (IM) are applications that have been in existence since the early 1980's. AIM was selected first because it was a world wide chat, The user base was about 4.5 million in 1995.

Such as social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and myspace have been a big distraction for all of us, even adults. These sites allow people to search through other peoples profiles. Users post information about themselves such as education information, favorites, music, links, etc. These social networks list up and organize by what school, or network a friend is affiliated by. Basically these social networks are just ways of letting people into our lives pretty much and letting them know whats going on and around us. If you think about it Social Networks do nothing but cause tension between one another because someone is going to end up jealous. No matter how many times we all say it, we ALL want to snoop around somebody's profile, and be nosy.

What are the goods and bad's of social networks? People on social networks tend to be more rude, and more offensive. Many people have ended having connection with friends, because of what social media is doing. More people have more conversations with people they don't know online, then they do in person. People don't know how to talk to each other anymore online

This articles talks about how we now depend on digital media, and how it effects us. How exactly does social media effect our social skills. Most days we are all willing to be social, on "social" networking but when it comes to in person there are many people who refuse to talk. They become shy, which is not what they do when a computer is in front of them. Will social networks continue to shape our society like this?

I like this Article because this is the first Article I have read that talks about, Social Networking being our fault. We control our own actions, we can't blame the Social Networking. It explains that we are constantly complaining how bad social media is when we are the ones using it, that's how they get money. We are the ones who make Social networking bad, but at the same time who decided to to make social networks in the first place? If they were never hear we wouldn't have this problem. There would  be NO problems.
Although my project is questioning "Social Networking ruining friendships" This article does make a good point that we are responsible for our own actions. Maybe we need to stop blaming the internet and start owning up. But I feel that I can argue very well back to this statement.

This article mostly talks about relationships and how it's causing drama between two people who are dating. While posting status's and tweets we need to be smart about what we say if we think could offend someone. That's how friendships end, Social networks do nothing but cause drama 95% of the time. We need to stop expressing our life problems on networks. No one needs to know what's going on in our lives except our loved ones.
I think that this article proves very good points about Social networking. People need to stop and think what Social Media can do to any type of relationships.
